Call for Applications：2026 Chinese Government Scholarship － International Summer Camp on Chinese Language and Culture

一、项目简介 （Program Overview）

为不断深化教育合作，促进文明交流互鉴，依托中国政府奖学金的专项资助，陕西师范大学国际汉语文化学院将于2026年7月举办“中国语言文化国际夏令营”。本项目立足历史与现代交融的十三朝古都西安，将高质量的汉语教学与沉浸式的文化考察深度融合，诚邀优秀青年学子来华，共赴一场感知真实、立体、全面中国的语言文化之旅。

Supported by the Chinese Government Scholarship，the International School of Chinese Studies at Shaanxi Normal University is proud to announce the 2026 International Summer Camp on Chinese Language and Culture. Located in Xi＇an，the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties，this program seamlessly integrates high－quality Chinese language instruction with immersive cultural excursions，offering global youth a profound and authentic experience of China.

二、申请资格 （Eligibility Requirements）

（一）招生对象：新西兰、澳大利亚、意大利高校在读本科生。

（二）国籍要求：非中国籍公民，身心健康。

（三）语言要求：对中国语言文化抱有浓厚兴趣，具备一定汉语基础者优先。

（四）其他限制：不含已在华就读的各类国际学生。

（1）Target Students：Currently enrolled undergraduate students from universities in New Zealand, Australia, and Italy.

（2）Nationality ＆ Health Requirements： Non－Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.

（3）Language ＆ Interest： Applicants should possess a strong interest in Chinese culture.Those with a basic foundation in the Chinese language will be given priority consideration.

（4）Other Restrictions： Applicants must not be currently enrolled in any educational institution within China.

三、项目实施与规模 （Duration ＆ Capacity）

（一）项目时间：2026年7月10日— 7月24日，共计15天14晚。

（二）招生规模：10人。

（1）Program Dates：July10 – July24， 2026 （A total of 15days and 14 nights）.

（2） Capacity：Enrollment is limited to 10 students globally.

四、核心课程与日程框架 （Curriculum ＆ Schedule Framework）

（一）语言文化课程：6次汉语课+2次语言文化讲座+5次文化体验课（涵盖书法、国画、武术、剪纸、拓印及篆刻等）。

（二）历史文化考察：探访秦始皇帝陵兵马俑、西安城墙、小雁塔等世界级文化遗产。

（三）学校企业参访：中小学（西安锦园学校）及科技企业（吉利新能源汽车）参访。

This program adopts an integrated teaching model of "Intensive Language Training + Cultural Immersion + Field Excursions".

（1）Language and Culture Courses: 6 intensive Chinese language classes, 2 cultural lectures, and 5 traditional culture workshops (including Chinese calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting, martial arts, paper cutting, rubbing, and seal carving).

（2）Historical and Cultural Excursions: Visits to world-class cultural heritage sites such as the Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum (Terracotta Warriors), the Xi'an City Wall, and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda.

（3）School and Enterprise Visits:Visits to a local primary/secondary school (Xi'an Jinyuan School) and a technology enterprise (Geely Auto).

五、资助政策与费用 （Scholarship Coverage ＆ Financial Policies）

本项目严格执行国家留学基金管理委员会相关资助标准。

（一）奖学金全额资助部分

入选本项目的学生，在校期间的以下费用由中国政府奖学金全额拨付承担：

① 学费

② 住宿费（默认双人间；如需单人间，须提前申请并自理差价2100元）

③ 基本生活费／餐费

④ 来华留学生保险费

This program strictly implements the relevant funding standards of the China Scholarship Council （CSC）.

（1） Full Scholarship Coverage

For students admitted to this program， the following expenses during their stay at the university will be fully covered and funded by the Chinese Government Scholarship： 

① Tuition  

② On-campus Accommodation (Standard double room; single rooms require advance application and payment of the 2100 RMB price difference)

③ Basic Living Expenses ／ Campus Meals  

④ Comprehensive Medical Insurance in China

（二）学生自理部分

1. 往返国际机票及本国签证办理费用。

2. 外出参观考察费用 ：约2000元人民币／人。

（2）At Participants＇ Own Expense

①Round－trip international airfare and visa application fees.

②Cultural Excursion Package： 2000 RMB／person.

六、申请流程与选拔 （Application ＆ Admission）

（一）在线申请 （Online Application）

需上传的证明材料 （Required Documents）：

（1） 护照个人信息页扫描件（有效期建议至2027年1月之后）。

Scanned copy of Passport Information Page. The passport should be valid at least until January 2027.

（2） 官方在读证明（须明确标注入学日期及预计毕业日期）。

Official Certificate of Enrollment， which must clearly indicate the Enrollment Date and Expected Graduation Date.

（二）填报规范提示 （Important Notes for Application）

由于录取信息须录入中国政府奖学金管理系统，请务必遵守以下规范 ：

1. 姓名填写：须与护照姓名完全一致，且统一使用大写英文字母 。

2. 日期格式：所有涉及日期的选项，请严格按照“年－月－日”（例：2000－05－01）格式填写 。

3. 联系人信息：请提前准备好一位紧急联系人的详细信息（含姓名、性别、电话、邮箱及与本人关系）。

As the admission data will be registered in the Chinese Government Scholarship Management System， please adhere to the following rules： 

（1）Name： Must be identical to the name on your passport and filled in UPPERCASE letters. 

（2）Date Format： All dates must be strictly filled in the format of ＂YYYY－MM－DD＂ （e.g.， 2000－05－01）.

（3）Emergency Contact： Please prepare the detailed information of an emergency contact person （including name， gender， phone number， email， and relationship to the applicant）. 

（三）截止日期 （Deadline）

2026年5月15日（逾期不再受理）。

May 15， 2026 （Late applications will not be accepted）.

（四）选拔机制 （Selection）

我院将组建专家组对申请人进行审核，择优录取。最终录取结果及正式邀请函将于5月下旬通过电子邮件定向发送。

The school will establish an expert group to conduct a preliminary review of the application materials . Final admission results and official invitation letters will be sent via email in late May。
